CANCELLATION POLICY

All private sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be charged in full for the session.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We do not give refunds or exchanges for purchases of any individual sessions or packages. All purchases are final sale.

SESSION EXPIRATION

Individual sessions expire within 6 months of purchase. Packages of 5 to 20 sessions expire within 6 months from the date of purchase. Packages of 30 or more sessions expire within 12 months from the date of purchase. Finally, introductory session packs (privates and duets) expire within 3 months of purchase.

If you are having trouble scheduling your remaining sessions, please request a one-time extension of your expiration date.
