Receive one-to-one attention. Each 55-minute private session includes expert instruction using the Pilates equipment and props to help you feel strong, healthy, and flexible for years to come.

WORKING OUT TOGETHER IS FUN

PILATES DUETS

Do Pilates together with a friend or loved one! Each 55-minute duet session includes expert instruction and individual attention using the Pilates equipment and props.

HAVE MAT, WILL TRAVEL

IN-HOME PILATES

Receive one-to-one instruction in the comfort of your own home, office, or private gym. This 55-minute private session can be on Pilates equipment that you already own, or it can be a mat Pilates session if you do not own equipment. We can even bring a mat and props to you!

PILATES FOR MEN

Is Pilates for men? Of course it is - and it's not as easy as it looks! People who know Pilates know that you can make it as challenging as you want to make it. Doing Pilates at least twice a week will add lean muscle, increase core stability and strength, and target arms, glutes, and abdominals. It can also increase stamina and enhance balance, which are important as you recover from an injury.

PILATES FOR PREGNANCY

PRENATAL & POSTNATAL

Our private sessions are appropriate for women during and after pregnancy. It feels great to move on the equipment, as you lengthen, stretch, and strengthen safely during your pregnancy. It is also an excellent way to rebuild strength in your abdominals and pelvic floor after your baby is born.

PILATES FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITIES

A CORE WORKOUT

Pilates is for all ages, from teens to seniors, as well as all levels of physical fitness from "never worked out a day in my life" to seasoned athlete. It's never too late to start benefiting from Pilates!
